Each pillow is die cut to the shape of the photo and printed in full color on both sides. It is covered in soft velvet style polyester, filled with plush polyester fiber, and handmade with care in Chicago, USA.

What if I need to update or fix my photo after placing my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If production has not yet begun, we can usually swap in a new photo or make small adjustments so the finished piece is exactly right.

Can this pillow actually be held or slept with, or is it just decorative?

It is made to be both. The soft plush fill and velvet style cover make it comfortable enough to hold, hug, or keep close while you sleep, not just to display.

Can I leave a note or a special request for the design team?

Yes, there is a space at checkout to add notes, such as a detail you want kept in the photo or a specific request. Our team reads every note before starting.

What happens if my photo is blurry or low resolution?

If a photo will not print clearly, our team will reach out before production to ask for a clearer image, so the finished pillow still honors them the way you intended.

Yes. Send us a photo that includes everyone you would like remembered together, and we will shape and print the pillow around that image.

Yes. Our design team uses your uploaded photo to create a preview that closely matches the finished pillow, so you know what to expect before it goes into production.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, though holiday processing times may take 4–6 business days. We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
