We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

All of our pillows are 100% made-to-order which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order. Custom products are not eligible for a return at anytime.

Each one of our pillows are proudly hand-made by artisan craftsmen and craftswomen using high-quality materials right here in Vernon Hills, Illinois. 

While we are as committed as ever to be a part of responsible and healthy environment, we also very aware that we are in unprecedented times. We are working diligently to stay within our normal production and fulfillment timelines, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Some carriers are experiencing longer than normal in-transit times.

If you saw a order confirmation page after submitting your order, then it means that we received your order.

Regarding the email confirmation, you may not have received an email for several reasons:

1. Your email was misspelled

2. The confirmation email went to spam or trash

Our current production time is under 5 business days, and the average transit time is approximately 3-15 business days.

UPS, UPS MI, USPS will be used to ship all of our domestic and international shipments. You will be able to choose your delivery method during checkout. 

Due to the challenges posed by COVID-19 we have limited our shipping to the USA and Canada. We will resume our normal operations as soon as shipping times return to normal. Stay tuned. 

Product

We recommend spot cleaning for all of our pillows. If you think your pillow is in need of some TLC, we suggest washing your pillows in cold water to preserve its colors. Wash and dry your pillows on a gentle wash cycle and on the lowest heat setting possible. For more information please click here.

Our pillows are made of 100% soft velvet polyester fabric and polyester fill. We print your images onto our fabric using Epson printers and ink.

Yes! We recently added a new feature to each custom product page which shows you a 'before' and 'after' of your image right after uploading it.

First make sure to check for any spelling errors. The codes are not case sensitive so applying the code 'GIFT' and 'gift' will both reflect the same code

If it is spelled correctly, look to see where you saw the code and to make sure it isn't yet expired.
