How do I submit a request under the Satisfaction Guarantee?

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied. Under our Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following options:
    •  Replacement: We can replace the item to better meet your expectations. Note, some replacements may incur shipping fees.
    • Store Credit: We can issue a store credit for the amount paid for the product. Please note, shipping fees are not reimbursable.


Cancelation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours for full refund
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit for full amount 


Resolution Process

  • We may offer solutions before processing a replacement or store credit to resolve any issues efficiently.

  • If your product is damaged or not as expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.


How soon will I receive my store credit or replacement?

  • Once we receive your request and it is approved, we will process your replacement or store credit promptly. You will be notified via email about the approval and subsequent steps.

Specific Terms for United Kingdom & EEA Customers

If you are ordering from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), the following statutory consumer rights apply in addition to our standard policy.


30-Day Right to Reject Faulty Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to reject the item and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the goods.


Custom Products and Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalised to a customer's specifications. Because our pillows are made to order based on your selected design and personalization, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced.


Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable under statutory consumer rights, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product or receive proof that the item has been returned.
