Yes. Our design team uses your uploaded photo to create a preview that closely matches the finished pillow, so you know what to expect before it goes into production.

Can I put two family members, or a family member and a pet, on the same pillow?

Absolutely. Send us a photo with everyone you want included, and we will shape and print the pillow around that image, whether it is two people, a parent and child, or a person and their pet.

Can I return the pillow if I change my mind?

Because each pillow is custom made from your personal photo, we are not able to accept returns for a change of mind. If there is a problem with your order, reach out and we will help make it right.

What happens if my photo is blurry or low resolution?

If a photo will not print clearly, our team will reach out before production to ask for a clearer image or a different photo, so the final pillow still turns out looking its best.

Can I leave a note or a special request for the design team?

Yes, there is a space at checkout to add notes, such as cropping preferences or a specific detail you want kept in the design. Our team reviews every note before starting.

Can this pillow actually be used to rest or sleep on, or is it just decorative?

It is made to be both. The soft plush fill and velvet style shell make it comfortable enough for everyday use, whether that means propping it up on a shelf or hugging it while you sleep.

What if I need to update or fix my photo after placing my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If production has not started yet, we can usually swap in a new photo or make small adjustments.

How is the pillow made, including the materials and printing?

Each pillow is die cut to the shape of your photo and printed in full color on both sides using a soft velvet polyester cover, then filled with plush polyester fiber and handmade in Chicago, USA.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, though holiday processing times may take 4–6 business days. We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
