What photo works best, and can I use the only photo I have?

Even a single, well-loved photo is enough. It does not need to be perfect. If it is a little older or lower resolution, our design team will do what they can to bring out the detail, and if it truly cannot be used, they will reach out gently to ask if there might be another one to try.

Will my pet memorial pillow match the mockup?

The preview mockup gives you a good sense of the final look. From there, our US design team manually crops, resizes, upscales, and rotates the photo, and can gently remove small distractions from the background on request, always treating the photo with care.

Can I include more than one pet, or my pet together with a person?

Yes. More than one pet, or your pet alongside a person, is no problem. You are welcome to add a note with any special instructions at checkout.
