Yes, closely. The instant preview you see after uploading is generated automatically and is about 90% accurate to the final product. Before production, our design team reviews the drawing by hand and makes any adjustments needed so the finished pillow matches the preview as closely as possible.

Can I put two drawings, or a drawing and a photo, on the same pillow?

Yes. Just upload both images during checkout and leave a note describing how you would like them arranged. Our design team will combine them into one cohesive layout before sending you a preview for approval.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each pillow is custom made from your child's own drawing, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there is a problem with quality or a mistake on our end, reach out and we will make it right.

What happens if my photo of the drawing is blurry or low resolution?

We will reach out so you can send a clearer photo of the drawing before we start production.

Can I leave a note or a special request for the design team?

Yes. There is a notes field at checkout where you can share any special instructions, like cropping, color touch ups, or how you would like the drawing positioned on the pillow.
