Q: What was the reason for purchasing the pillow?

A: My mom, who's dog passed away this year. He was 16 years old, and she has been heart broken since. She and my dad just finally decided to get a new puppy, but almost daily she cries over missing him. She wants nothing more than to hold him again, and I thought the pillow would allow her to be able to do just that.
