Returns

We welcome all return/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 90 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 90 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

All of All About Vibe products are 100% made-to-order which means each product is manufactured at the time of the order. Custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange at anytime

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
