Yes, any photo. The best results come from a clear, well-lit shot where both faces show. Older or lower-resolution photos are usually fine too; our team upscales what they can and only reaches out for a better one if it truly cannot be used.

Your preview mockup gives you a strong sense of the final look. Beyond that, our US design team manually crops, resizes, upscales, and rotates your image before production, and can remove small unwanted parts of a photo on request. You can also add special instruction notes for the design team at checkout.

Most couple pillows ship within 4 to 6 business days. To be safe for a specific date like an anniversary or Valentine's Day, we recommend ordering at least 10 to 14 days ahead so there is room for production, shipping, and any last-minute proofing back and forth. We currently ship to the US, UK, and Canada only.
