By accepting the terms and conditions to our message, you give your permission to All About Vibe LLC. to use the "UGC" (user generated content) posted on your social media account or UGC submitted in your review. Your response will indicate that you accept these terms.
Under these terms, you grant All About Vibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, edit, create derivative works from your UGC, and publicly display and reproduce it in any media format, including on our online platforms, royalty-free and without compensation.
You confirm the following:
You are over the age of 18.
Each identifiable individual depicted in a photo/video included in your UGC has consented to the photo being shared publicly and without restriction.
You are not aware of any restrictions that prevent you from agreeing to these terms.
You created and own all rights in your social media content or your are authorized by the owner of those rights to license your social media content to All About Vibe under these terms
All About Vibe's use of your UGC will not, to the best of your knowledge, violate any law, and will not infringe any rights of a third party.
You will not seek to hold All About Vibe, or any person acting on All About Vibe behalf, responsible for any demands by a third party related to our use of your User Generated Content.
This license is permissive – All About Vibe may use your User Generated Content but is not obliged to. We are not required to inform you if we use it, how we use it, or if we stop using it. If All About Vibe uses your User Generated Content, we may or may not credit your username on the social media platform on which you posted it.
You consent to All About Vibe disclosing your identity, including your social media platform username, to a third party who makes a credible allegation that our use of your User Generated Content violates any of their rights.
If you change your mind about sharing your User Generated Content with All About Vibe, you may revoke the license you are giving us under these terms. To do so, send an email with your username on the platform(s) on which we contacted you to Support@AllAboutVibe.com. All About Vibe and its related companies will remove your User Generated Content from our online platforms within 45 days of receiving your request. From the date we receive your request, we will not produce any new materials containing your User Generated Content. You acknowledge (i) that All About Vibe may continue to use and distribute materials already produced at the time we receive your request and (ii) All About Vibe is not required to recall any material containing your User Generated Content in circulation.
All About Vibe may change these terms at any time by sending a message to your username on the social media platform where you posted your User Generated Content.
