What was the reason for purchasing the pillow?

A: My brother, his son's passing away

Can you describe the impact the pillow has brought after it was been gifted?

A: My package came on my little sisters birthday and this order was for my dad. Once I surprised my dad with the pillow he felt so much exhilaration. It definitely had an emotional impact on him and that was shown because he brought the pillow downstairs so it would almost be like celebrating my little sisters birthday with him
