What was the reason for purchasing the pillow?

A: We lost our dog a year ago and our elf on the shelf brought her a reminder that she is still loved by him!

Can you describe the impact the pillow has brought after it was been gifted?

A: She no longer cries and feels like he has come back for her. She says now he can live forever and go to the grave with her.
