What was the reason for purchasing the pillow?

A: Our daughter is going to college and she loves her cat, Freya, that we've had for 7 years. She is sad to be leaving her cat behind and kept wishing she could take Freya to college with her.

Can you describe the impact the pillow has brought after it was been gifted?

A: It brought her a lot of joy. She laughed a lot and the immediately texted her older brother and her friends a picture of it.

Would you recommend our custom pillows? And why?

A: Absolutely. Our experience was fantastic from ordering to delivery. The customization was super easy. We were especially happy that you got the cat's eyes the exact color. You let us know when it ready to ship and provided tracking so we could follow it. We especially appreciated how we received an email telling us how to care for the pillow before it even got to our door.
