What was the reason for purchasing the pillow?

A: They just got the puppy, and it was eight weeks old, and they had it for one week, and it passed away. They were devastated.

Can you describe the impact the pillow has brought after it was been gifted?

A: She couldn't thank me enough she loved it so very much and hugged it, and so did the kids
